PAYMENT METHODS

1. Direct bank transfer

With this option you transfer the amount of your order including shipping to our bank account directly. In case of free shipping, we don’t charge any shipping costs of course. This means your order will become valid and final when the money arrives in our account. Production and/or preparation of the products will start after this. To be able to identify your payment, please always indicate your order number when doing the transfer. (you received your order number via email)

2. Payment on delivery

This option is only available for shipments within Hungary. For shipments to other countries please check below the details for international delivery or contact us. The below applies to English speakers requesting delivery within Hungary!

When placing your order you have the option to select payment on delivery. In this case you may pay with cash or card at the courier or at the parcel locker without any extra cost. 

3. PayPal

A simple and secure way to pay online. You need your email to register a paypal account and you can make online payments without having to provide your card details every time. For more information click here.

SHIPPING METHODS

1. Foxpost delivery (only within Hungary)
Once we have hand your package over to their courier Foxpost will deliver on the following business day. They will notify you via email or text message. On Free shipping promos or purchases over 15000 HUF this comes at no extra cost within Hungary!

2. Foxpost Parcel Locker (only within Hungary)
You can pick up your parcel at your chosen parcel locker as well. Foxpost will notify you via email and/or text message when it has arrived. Available only in Hungary!

3. Pick up at our site
You can also come and pick up the package yourself at our address during working hours: H-2000 Szentendre, György u. 11/b. Make sure you contact us regarding the exact date and time when choosing this option.

4. International delivery
Currently we only accept orders from EU countries.

Hungary:

• Foxpost delivery (inc. tax): 1900 HUF
• Foxpost parcel locker (inc. tax): 1100 HUF
• Pick up at our site: no charge (H-2000 Szentendre, György u. 11/b)
  For shipping methods you can choose payment on delivery. 

International delivery (Packeta) – Prices are subject to currency exchange rate fluctuations!

Below prices were calculated with 1 EUR = 367 HUF:

• Zone 1: 2300 HUF (6.27 EUR)
• Zone 2: 2300 HUF (6.27 EUR)
• Zone 3: 3300 HUF (8.99 EUR)
• Zone 4: 3000 HUF (8.17 EUR)
• Zone 5: 3500 HUF (9.54 EUR)
• Zone 6: 4300 HUF (11.72 EUR)
• Zone 7: 3500 HUF (9.54 EUR)
• Zone 8: 5500 HUF (14.99 EUR) for pick up point and 8000 HUF (21.80 EUR) for delivery
• Zone 9: 3500 HUF (9.54 EUR) for pick up point and 4500 HUF (12.26 EUR) for delivery
• Zone 10: 4500 HUF (12.26 EUR) for pick up point and 6000 HUF (16.35 EUR) for delivery

Shipping cost is not included in the prices of our products, except:
– limited time special promo offers.

– for purchases over 15000 HUF, shipping comes at no extra cost, but within Hungary only!

RESENDING OF NON-COLLECTED PARCELS

If you don’t collect your parcel despite the email or text messages and you don’t inform us about this, the package will be returned to us. If you still need the package and wish to have it re-shipped we can only do so by charging you the return and the re-ship costs. We will only hand over the package to the courier once we have received the above mentioned amount in our bank account.

In case we get a parcel returned to us, we reserve the right to refuse any future orders from that person and deliveries to that address.
